    Karan Phalgun Gandhi

    Karan Phalgun Gandhi is the founder and Promoter of Karan Gandhi & Associates, a company specializing in in fighting and ensuring justice to the clients in respect of all the contentious and non-contentious matters. He has Passed LLB in 2019 from University of Mumbai and completed masters (LLM) from Queen Mary University, London in 2020 specialised in Commercial and Corporate Law and currently pursuing Solicitors (SQE) from England and Wales. Karan is practising extensively in the field of Civil Litigation and Arbitration and along with non- contentious matter including in the field of Conveyance, Deemed Conveyance and other ancillary matter relating to Property matters. Although a fresh lawyer but thanks to genre of second gen lawyer and with help to Ancash his father’s goodwill and reputation, who’s in the field of non-litigation from past 30 years and more, he has gained varied experiences in both litigation and non-litigation civil matters. Karan started his career as a junior intern and associate advocate, and haslearnt a lot of drafting skills and client consulting skills from his father, Phalgun Chandrakant Gandhi. He has also been associated with numerous non-government organisation and other social platforms as a legal advisor. Karan although a fresh face is a member of the Bombay Bar Association of the High Court Judicature at Bombay.
